Yahoo! Updates API
Yahoo! Updates allows you to syndicate user-generated activity streams (ratings, reviews, comments, favorites, uploads, etc.) to Yahoo!'s massive global distribution network (visible to more than 500M+ monthly unique visitors via nearly all Mail users, PC Messenger clients, and Yahoo.com/Toolbar users). You can enjoy referral traffic back to your website by writing user actions back in to Updates.

Accessing the Data
USING THE DATA IN YOUR APPLICATION
In order to access Updates data in your application, you’ll need to get a Yahoo! API key and configure it to use Updates. You can do this by creating a project for your application.
Create a ProjectRATE LIMITS
Use of the Updates developer service should not exceed reasonable request volume. Access through YQL is limited to 10,000 signed calls per hour and 1,000 unsigned calls per hour, as defined in the YQL Terms of Use. If you believe your application will exceed such volume, please contact us.
